Refund policy
At Yom Tov Box, we want every family to enjoy their experience. Because our boxes contain craft materials and activity items for children, our return policy is limited to unopened products.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the box is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
If a box has been opened or used, it is not eligible for a return or refund due to the nature of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us at info@yomtovbox.com as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it, which may include a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened boxes
- Used items
- Boxes that have been partially used
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Subscriptions
YomTov Box offers subscription plans that renew automatically.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
If a subscription has already been charged but the box has not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@yomtovbox.com and we will do our best to cancel the order.
Once a box has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.
