We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Our subscription boxes are shipped once per month.
Orders are processed based on the active subscription cycle. To receive the current month’s box, subscriptions must be placed before the monthly cutoff date, which will be communicated on the website.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the subscription price, depending on the selected plan. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped, when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@yomtovbox.com and we will do our best to assist you. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
